This morning (October 28), at Prison No. 6 - Ministry of Public Security, the signing ceremony and approval of the decision to establish a Steering Committee to implement the coordination plan "Educating juvenile prisoners and helping them reintegrate into the community in the period 2011-2015" between the Youth Union of Nghe An province and Prison No. 6, General Department VIII - Ministry of Public Security.
