Man dies under unusual circumstances after being chased by a group of young men
A group of young men chased Mr. Quang on Tran Huy Lieu Street. During the chase, they used rocks to hit Mr. Quang in the back of the neck before he jumped into Ho Thanh Hao.

This afternoon, July 27, authorities in Thua Thien - Hue province are conducting an autopsy on a man who was found dead under a lake wall (in Phu Hoa ward, Hue city, Thua Thien - Hue province).
Accordingly, the victim found dead at the foot of the lake wall was Phan Xuan Quang (born in 1984, residing on Chi Lang Street, Hue City).
Earlier, at around 11am the same day, a group of young men chased Mr. Quang on Tran Huy Lieu Street (Hue City). During the chase, the men used rocks to hit Mr. Quang in the back of the neck before he jumped into Ho Thanh Moat (the lake area surrounding Hue Citadel).
There was a young man who jumped into Ho Thanh moat to follow Mr. Quang, but about 15 minutes later, this person returned to shore.
At around 1:00 p.m. the same day, local residents and authorities found Quang's body in the Ho Thanh Hao area, along Tran Huy Lieu Street, Hue City.
The group of young men who chased and beat people fled the area and the police are verifying and searching for these subjects.
