Man with '1968' tattoo dies on beach
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 5, Thu Thuy Ward Police (Cua Lo Town) said that they had identified the identity and hometown of the man who died on the beach in Thu Thuy Ward.
That is Mr. Tran Van An (born in 1968, from Duc Thanh commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh). Currently, Mr. An's relatives have come to receive his body and bring it back to his hometown to hold a funeral.

Earlier, on the afternoon of December 4, people going to Thu Thuy beach were surprised to discover a man lying on the sand. When they checked, they found that the man had died earlier, so they reported it to the police and local authorities.
Because there was no identification, the authorities had to notify the victim to find his whereabouts and relatives.
This person was wearing a dark blue down jacket with the word Fila, black trousers, and a yellow belt. His identifying feature was a tattoo of the number 1968 on his left arm. At 1 a.m. on December 5, relatives in Duc Tho district came to identify him and confirmed that he was Mr. Tran Van An.
The cause of Mr. Tran Van An's death is being further investigated by the authorities.
