On the evening of February 24, Phan Thiet City Police, Binh Thuan arrested Le Van Tam (34 years old) to investigate the act of Murder.

According to the investigation, in the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Nguyen Van Teo (48 years old, Tam's brother-in-law) went to his biological mother's house 50 meters away to eat. At this time, Tam came in from outside with a knife in a drunken state.

Tam stabbed the boatman but was pushed aside. He then jumped forward and stabbed his brother-in-law in the neck, causing the victim to collapse in a pool of blood and die shortly thereafter.

After committing the crime, Tam fled to his mother's house in the neighboring ward, and was later arrested by the police.
