Man struck dead by lightning while gardening

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 18, 2016, Mr. Le Van Dung, hamlet 6, Quang Son commune, Do Luong district, was gardening when he was tragically struck to death by lightning.

According to initial information, at around 2:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. Le Van Dung (born 1965) was gardening next to his house, while it was about to rain and standing near a eucalyptus tree, he was struck by lightning.

Many villagers ran to scoop mud from the pond and poured it on him to help him breathe, and called an ambulance to take him to the hospital, but he died.

After the incident, Quang Son commune authorities were present at the scene with relatives to bring the body of the unfortunate man for burial and at the same time visit and encourage the victim's relatives.
