Man swallows 1.6 kg of drugs in stomach and travels through 4 countries

Tan Son Nhat Airport Customs tracked, identified, and arrested a male Senegalese passenger named DH, 39 years old, on flight BL30 traveling from Nigeria through Ethiopia to Thailand and then back to Vietnam via Tan Son Nhat Airport.
This subject swallowed a total of 77 cocaine tablets in his stomach (wrapped in a capsule-like shape, 5cm long, 1cm in diameter), in order to avoid inspection and control by the authorities. With such a sophisticated and reckless trick, the subject successfully traveled through 4 countries and was only arrested when landing at Tan Son Nhat airport.
Immediately after the subject completed the entry procedures, the customs force approached the subject and carried out professional measures to check. However, this subject did not cooperate, was extremely aggressive, resisted the customs inspection, forcing the authorities to control and escort the subject through the body scanner.

As soon as the foreign object was discovered in the abdomen, the authorities arrested the subject and took him to Military Hospital 175 to prevent any possible bad situation, and used medical measures to remove the drugs from the subject's stomach. After more than 2 days and nights of guarding and struggling, the customs agency seized all 77 of the above mentioned drug pills.
