Man in the West arrested for inciting disorder
Huynh Truong Ca is accused of frequently posting on social networks articles with distorted content against the State and inciting protests.

On September 4, Huynh Truong Ca (47 years old, residing in Dong Thap province) was arrested in Tien Giang while on his way to Ho Chi Minh City to incite protests and cause disturbances.
According to the Dong Thap Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency, Mr. Ca is a member of an anti-government organization called Constitution.
He regularly uses social networks to post and share articles, videos, and livestreams with distorted content, opposing and defaming the local government, leaders, and police force.
Recently, Mr. Ca continued to post and share articles inciting people to cause trouble on the occasion of National Day, September 2.
