The People's Committee of Dien Chau District recently issued Decision No. 3543/QD-XPVPHC, dated November 1st, regarding administrative penalties in the field of health against Mr. PTH (born in 1975), residing in Hamlet 8, Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau District.
Based on Point b, Clause 1, Article 11 of Government Decree 117/2020/QD-CP dated September 28, 2020, regulating administrative penalties in the field of health, the People's Committee of Dien Chau District issued a decision to fine Mr. PTH 7.5 million VND.

After being detected at 7:20 PM on the same day, the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Dien Yen commune requested that the individual return to continue isolation as per regulations.
