The tragic traffic accident occurred on November 13 on the coastal road in Quynh Lien ward, Hoang Mai town.

Initial information, on the morning of November 13, on the coastal road, in Quynh Lien ward, people discovered a man dead on the side of the road, next to a fallen motorbike, slightly damaged.
The victim was identified as a man with a registered residence in Quynh Phuong Ward. Many people speculated that because he could not control the steering wheel, the victim fell off his bike and died.
The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
