Man dies in locked boarding house

According to witnesses, at around 3:30 p.m. on September 21, after returning from buying scrap metal to his rented room in the workers' dormitory in Tan Ly Dong commune, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang province, a friend living with Mr. Nguyen Van T. (44 years old, residing in Long Ho district, Vinh Long province) opened the door but found it locked from the inside. At this time, Mr. T.'s friend knocked on the door but there was no answer.
Mr. T.'s friend went to the neighbor's house to report the incident and asked many people to come and pry open the door. When many people entered, they discovered that Mr. T. had died in the mosquito net, the victim's body was already stiff. The incident was quickly reported to the authorities.
According to local residents, Mr. T. usually works as a bricklayer and his friend buys scrap. Mr. T. has been renting a room here for about half a year now.
