Accordingly, the market cards are stamped by the ward People's Committee and divided into groups. On the card, people must fill in full information: name, address, phone number. On the first day, especially on the 15th day of the 7th lunar month, many people were confused with the card.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, a resident of Tan Thang block, Hoa Hieu ward, said: Her family fully supports this local policy.

“With the complicated epidemic situation in the province, we cannot be subjective. We go to the market with coupons, which may be a bit inconvenient at first, but we will gradually get used to it. The important thing now is to ensure social distancing in accordance with the local anti-epidemic spirit. If we fight the epidemic well, our people will feel more secure,” Ms. Thuy added.

Chairman of Hoa Hieu Ward People's Committee Nguyen Kim Hai said: From August 22, the ward will startgrocery cardon even and odd days and in groups for local residents. Accordingly, each family goes to the market once every 3 days; each household will be issued 5 market cards for 15 days. The market cards are valid for one use, each card will have the name of the household and address written on it. Each card is only valid for one person to go out.
