(Baonghean.vn) - Due to prolonged drought, more than 50% of households in Thach Ngan commune (Con Cuong district) are facing a serious shortage of clean water, affecting their daily lives. In response to this situation, the district and commune have provided support by digging wells along streams, helping villagers in the hamlets access clean water and ensure their livelihoods.
