Born and raised in Hung Binh ward (Vinh city), the girl born in 1983 is considered a hot girl with white skin, high nose, and slim figure. Thuy is the eldest daughter in a family of 3 sisters, her father died early. Due to difficult economic circumstances, in 6th grade, Thuy dropped out of school to stay home to help her family so her mother could work hard to earn money to raise her two younger siblings. However, when she reached adulthood, the beautiful girl followed a group of bad friends of all ages and from many places who went out late at night.

Since the exchange, Thuy's business and economic relationships have improved significantly. Thuy has had little contact with her neighbors but often meets with drug addicts and injectors, causing insecurity in the ward. After identifying Nguyen Thi Thuy as a subject specializing in buying and selling drugs in the city and neighboring districts, the leaders of Vinh City Police directed the Drug Crime Investigation Team to deploy professional measures to catch Nguyen Thi Thuy red-handed for the above behavior.

From here, all of Thuy's movements were under the "sights" of Vinh City Police's drug detectives. On January 8, 2016, Thuy was at home when a young man (unknown identity) came to see Thuy. This person said that there was currently a shortage of "goods" in the city, and told Thuy to go to Hanoi to get crystal meth to sell. If she successfully brought the "goods" home, Thuy would only have to divide the drugs into many small packages, and she would be responsible for finding consumers, splitting the profits in half... Thuy accepted and followed this person's instructions.

That same evening, Thuy went to Hanoi to buy crystal meth. At around 1 a.m. on January 10, a stranger called Thuy and told her to come to Cau Giay area to wait for the woman who brought the crystal meth.

Thuy went to Nghia Tan street and stood at alley 385. About 20 minutes later, a woman on a motorbike appeared, wearing a mask, introduced herself as Vi and gave Thuy a package of crystal meth for 34 million VND.

Thuy paid, received the “goods”, put the crystal meth in a bag of clothes and went to My Dinh bus station (Hanoi) to buy a ticket to Vinh city. When she arrived home in Hung Binh ward, Thuy took out some drugs and divided them into 3 small packages and put them in a jewelry bag to sell retail.

At around 10 p.m. on January 11, Thuy was at home when someone called and said they needed to buy a package of crystal meth for about 2 million VND and arranged to meet in an area in Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City to deliver the money and the "goods". Thuy agreed to be at Tan Tien Block, Hung Binh Ward, 10 minutes later to deliver the drugs. Thuy then took out a small package of crystal meth, put it in her pocket, and went to the agreed area to sell the drugs.

While Thuy was waiting for someone to buy the “goods”, she was checked by Vinh City Police, caught red-handed, and seized 2.725 grams of crystal meth. During an emergency search of Nguyen Thi Thuy’s house, Vinh City Police Investigation Agency discovered and seized 3 packages of crystal meth with a total weight of over 100 grams.

On September 7, 2016, Nghe An Provincial People's Court brought defendant Nguyen Thi Thuy to trial for the above crime. At the trial, many relatives and friends of defendant Nguyen Thi Thuy were present in court to watch. Looking at her family and relatives, Thuy expressed remorse for her actions. In the indictment, Thuy confessed sincerely and hoped that the Trial Council would consider reducing her sentence so that she could have a chance to start her life over and make amends to her family.

Considering that the defendant committed the crime for the first time and had a good character, the Trial Panel sentenced defendant Nguyen Thi Thuy to 10 years in prison. This is the price to pay for the beauty from Vinh city's desire to quickly get rich through illegal means.
