Beauty from Luong with volunteer activities at the Social Protection Center

After offering incense at the district's martyrs cemetery, the contestants in green volunteer shirts departed for Nghe An Social Protection Center in Giang Son Dong commune to carry out charity activities within the contest program.

The center is currently taking care of nearly 130 social subjects who are the elderly, lonely, homeless, disabled, mentally ill, etc.

The exchange took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The 15 excellent contestants who made it to the final round of the Miss Luong contest had the opportunity to understand the situation, share and encourage the less fortunate people living at the Center.

Thai Thi Thao, a 12th grader from Do Luong 3 High School, is one of the 15 finalists. She shared: "Coming here, sympathizing with the suffering and pain of many people, I feel that I need to try and make more efforts to contribute to making life meaningful."

Mr. Nguyen Duc Luong - Secretary of Do Luong District Youth Union said: "Within the framework of the elegant youth contest, this activity aims to contribute to encouraging the unfortunate, miserable, and sick lives at Nghe An Social Protection Center; at the same time, helping the contestants gain more practical experiences. This is also a channel for the organizing committee to comment and evaluate the awareness, personality, and beauty of the contestants' souls."

The final round of the “Elegant Young Women of Do Luong District” contest will take place on the night of April 10 with the presence of beach beauty Dao Thi Ha as a judge./.
