Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong (born in 1964), residing in Khanh Trang Hamlet, Vinh Loc Ward, is currently the Director of the People's Credit Fund of Nghi Xuan Commune. He is a devout Catholic who lives a virtuous life and is well-respected by the local people.

Through his credit activities, Mr. Dang Hoang Phuong has increasingly affirmed his prestige with the local Party committee, government, and people. This is evidenced by the fact that Mr. Phuong was elected to the Executive Committee of the Nghi Xuan (formerly) Commune Party Committee for many terms and served as a representative in the Commune People's Council for many years.

Since 2022, Mr. Phuong has been a member of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Nghe An province. Regardless of his position, this Catholic has always stood on the side of the people's interests, fostering community solidarity and contributing to the development of his homeland.
