On January 15, the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City issued an indictment, prosecuting the accused Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh (model, actress, born in 1989, residing in Thu Duc City) and the accused Tran Xuan Dong (born in 1987, residing in District 7) for the crime of "Disturbing public order".

Previously, on October 19, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City Police initiated a case and prosecuted Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh and Tran Xuan Dong for the above crimes.

During the process of working with the police, Trinh and Dong realized their illegal behavior and hoped to receive leniency from the law.
Ngoc Trinh stated that she did not have a motorcycle license but still drove a large-displacement motorcycle with "teacher" Dong using dangerous and offensive movements, recording clips and posting them on social networks to get likes.
In early September 2023, Dong and Ngoc Trinh organized a gathering, driving a "Ninja" motorbike on Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Urban Area (Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City) to perform. Both of them brought along a number of "assistants" to film a clip while Ngoc Trinh "performed" on the motorbike with offensive and dangerous movements such as standing with both feet on one side of the motorbike, letting go of both hands to let the motorbike run by itself, sitting on one side of the saddle to let the motorbike run by itself...
On October 6, Trinh and Dong continued to organize and perform acts of driving motorbikes with dangerous movements, offensive postures, not wearing protective gear, lying and kneeling on the saddle.

In each of the above cases, Trinh brought along a number of “assistants” to assist in filming and taking photos, which were then processed and posted on social networks. These videos then went viral on the internet with more than 240 posts on Facebook, more than 650 articles on the website; and more than 3,000 related videos on Youtube.
The defendant Dong admitted that the motorcycle registration certificate with license plate 59A3-115.88 was fake. Dong admitted that he knew it was fake but still intentionally bought the bike because it was cheap and he liked it...
