She won convincingly against two competitors from Singapore and the Philippines, becoming the first Vietnamese to win the Asian model contest.
In her latest post, Quynh Anh thanked those who were interested in her journey at SupermodelMe: "This victory is for everyone. As long as you have faith and courage, you can do everything.
Over the past time, I have watched and read all the comments. Those who like it will encourage me to try my best. Those who don't like it will say things that hurt me: the highest is only runner-up, nothing more.
At that time, I wondered why Vietnamese people rated their own models so low, even though they were only a few. The biggest lesson I learned and wanted to share with everyone: "Don't compare yourself with anyone, compare yourself from yesterday to today to see if you have become better or not."
