The campaign to open rural roads has been going on for nearly a week. Tuong Duong has mobilized 1,300 workers, excavated and built over 15,000 cubic meters of earth and rock, opened and repaired 24 km, of which 11 km were opened by human power, and 13 km were built by machines and workers in Nhon Mai, Mai Son, and Huu Khuong communes.
