Many people complain about their body condition of getting fat no matter what they eat and think this is something that cannot be changed.
However, a recent study has suggested that increased consumption of black pepper can be extremely effective in helping to lose weight. According to an Indian study, taking black pepper in the form of an extract for 6 weeks can help reduce body weight. The bones of experimental animals that consumed black pepper were also stronger than those that only ate normal fat.

In a separate study from Imperial College London, scientists discovered genetic variations that cause obesity, suggesting that obesity is not necessarily caused by overeating. There are currently several drugs available to treat obesity, but scientists are still unclear which genetic variations may be responsible for the condition. A study by Imperial College London of overweight children in Pakistan found that genes that cause obesity are responsible for about 30% of cases.
Worldwide, obesity rates have doubled since 1980. The United States has the highest obesity rate among developed countries. Meanwhile, the United Kingdom has the highest obesity rate in Europe, with one-third of children under 15 being overweight.
