On the morning of March 18, information from Hanoi City Police said that while researching summer retreats for her children, Ms. H. fell into a trap and had 2.8 billion VND appropriated.

The subject brought Ms. H. into a group on the social network Telegram and asked her to buy feng shui items to increase interaction for the feng shui items company, because they were the main sponsor of the retreat.

When purchasing an item, the company will refund the money to the parent after 3-5 minutes. After many times of purchasing and getting refunds, Ms. H. was asked to transfer a larger amount of money with the following reasons: Wrong operation, not taking a photo of the item, must complete the operation, complete the credit score. Within just 2 days, Ms. H. had 2.8 billion VND appropriated by the subjects.
