Woman accepts to deliver 12 heroin cakes for 100 million VND

At around 10:45 a.m. on October 30, Lao Cai Provincial Police arrested Nguyen Thi Nga (49 years old, residing in Group 8, Duyen Hai Ward, Lao Cai City), seizing 12 heroin cakes and nearly 1 kg of crystal meth.

At 10:45 a.m. on October 30, at Lao Cai City Central Bus Station, authorities discovered a woman holding a brown handbag with many suspicious signs.

Upon inspection, the bag contained 12 white powder lumps and 1 transparent rock-like package (the subject admitted it was heroin and crystal meth).

Subject Nguyen Thi Nga (49 years old, residing in group 8, Duyen Hai ward, Lao Cai city).

Nga confessed to transporting the above drugs for a man (name unknown) to receive a payment of 100 million VND.
