Woman in Nghe An picked up nearly 400 million VND, handed it over to the police to find the person who lost it.
On the evening of September 25, Ms. Ngoc Tu, a resident of Tecco Le Loi apartment building (Thanh Vinh ward, Nghe An province) picked up a handbag with nearly 400 million VND inside. Immediately after, she brought it to the police station to report and ask for help finding the person who lost it.
The Department of Administrative Management of Social Order – Nghe An Provincial Police quickly verified that the owner was Mr. Pham Ngoc Hien, residing in Vinh Phu ward, who works in the used car business.
Receiving back the large amount of lost money, Mr. Hien could not hide his emotion and expressed his gratitude for Ms. Tu's honest and kind actions.
