With diligence, a proactive mindset, and active participation in numerous training courses on livestock farming techniques, she has accumulated a wealth of experience that she applies to her family's farming model. Her pigs and chickens have grown rapidly, yielding high profits. Furthermore, the products she sells are practical and beneficial to farmers, so they sell very well. Her family's life has become quite prosperous.

Understanding the difficult living conditions of the households in the hamlet, with a spirit of "mutual support and compassion," Ms. Lo Thi Hien did not hesitate to help them by providing loans for livestock farming, purchasing pesticides, and even buying buffaloes to help them with plowing. Typical examples include the families of Mr. Lo Van Quang and Ms. Kim Thi Binh in Cu village, and Ms. Lo Thi Luong (in Dong Lum hamlet), who were in particularly difficult circumstances. Thanks to Ms. Hien's interest-free loans of piglets and animal feed, these families had the opportunity to develop their economy. To date, these families have risen out of poverty and are moving towards prosperity. Not stopping there, in 2008, Ms. Hien expanded her services to include renting tents and tableware for weddings and opening a workshop producing dashboards. Highly respected by the villagers, she has held the positions of head of the loan group, Vice-Chairwoman of the Women's Association in Cu village, and representative of the Chau Quang Commune People's Council for many consecutive years.
Thanks to her successful livestock farming and business ventures, Ms. Lo Thi Hien's family earns between 100 and 200 million VND annually (after deducting expenses). To date, her family has a spacious and well-equipped home, and she has raised two well-behaved and academically successful children. During the recent Ethnic Minority Congress of Quy Hop District, she was awarded a certificate of merit for her outstanding achievements in the development of ethnic minorities in Quy Hop District, from 2009 to 2014.
With her achievements, Ms. Lo Thi Hien deserves to be recognized as an exemplary daughter of the Thai ethnic minority and to be a representative at the upcoming Provincial Congress of Ethnic Minorities!
