"I gained more than 20 kg and after giving birth I was still nearly 20 kg overweight. I didn't recognize myself when I looked in the mirror and then I didn't dare to look in the mirror anymore. Looking at old photos of me being called "Calendar Queen", "Sexy Icon"... made me even sadder and more regretful. But thanks to that, I have the motivation to exercise to improve my health and beauty like now", Y Phung shared.

Y Phung shared that after giving birth, she often went to the gym to work out with a trainer and was always more diligent than others. For 8 months, she did not miss a single day of training, so by the 9th month, she had lost 10 kg. Y Phung's goal is to continue losing weight, but currently due to the Covid-19 epidemic, gyms are closed, so every day, Y Phung runs 4 km around her neighborhood.

Admitting that she is a simple person, she does not like to cook much but spends time playing with her children, taking care of herself, and enjoying life, so despite the Covid-19 epidemic, she has not had too many disruptions in her spending. The time spent singing has also allowed Y Phung to save up some money so she does not have to worry too much about finances.
