Vietnamese people love to travel but... miss home

That is the interesting result given through the "Global Travel Survey" with the participation of more than 30,000 people in Vietnam and many countries around the world, recently shared by low-cost airline Jetstar Pacific and Jetstar Group.

Accordingly, Australians miss their pets more than anything else while passengers in other countries miss their family the most. Especially Vietnamese people with more than 58% of survey participants answering that they miss their family the most when traveling. However, Australians are considered the most romantic when up to 57% of survey respondents choose to travel with their partner during the holiday rather than traveling alone.

According to the survey results, for Vietnamese passengers, losing their phone is the thing they fear most, which is the opposite of passengers in other countries who fear losing their wallet the most.

One of the interesting suggestions about politeness on the plane is never to take both armrests at the same time. Up to 39% of Australian respondents said that this was the most disappointing action for them from the person next to them. Meanwhile, Vietnamese people think that politeness on the plane is to keep quiet because up to 58% of respondents said they feel uncomfortable when the person sitting next to them keeps talking non-stop and loudly on flights.

Another interesting discovery is that more than 48% of Vietnamese people when traveling will leave space in their luggage for shopping at the destination, but more than 48% will not overspend but keep the last change for emergencies. And another surprise is that more than 50% of the survey participants are women aged 25 - 34, living in Ho Chi Minh City, this shows that young people, especially women, always tend to travel and explore many destinations.
