Danger from uncovered manholes

(Baonghean.vn) – The manhole is reported to be located in front of the gate of Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Vinh City – Nghe An).

The manhole is wide and quite deep, so it is very dangerous for people traveling on the road (photo taken at 11am on September 7, 2016)

According to parents, this manhole has not been covered for many months. Every time it rains, the water covers the manhole so that people on the road cannot see it, while this is the corner where students of Huynh Thuc Khang High School turn off.

Many students have had their bikes fall off or their feet fall into the hole. We request that the authorities take measures to avoid unfortunate consequences.

The uncovered manhole is located right at the entrance to Huynh Thuc Khang High School - Vinh City.
