According to initial information, at around 2:00 p.m. on December 17, Mr. PBN (born in 1990), residing in Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district, while driving a motorbike on National Highway 46, was hit by a truck with license plate 37C-19.021, driven by Mr. LDT (born in 1996), residing in Thanh Thuy commune, Thanh Chuong district, traveling in the same direction, causing Mr. PBN to fall onto the road.
Then, Mr. PBN and his friends chased after him on a motorbike to ask Mr. LDT to stop and talk.
The group then caught up with the truck, but Mr. T. did not get out of the car, so N. used a tree branch longer than 1 meter to smash the car's window and rearview mirror. Joining N. was HVTh. (born in 1998), residing in Thanh Long commune, Thanh Chuong district.
Currently, the case is being further investigated by Thanh Chuong District Police.
