Cause of passenger bus hitting a series of motorbikes stopped at red light

The passenger bus lost control and crashed into a line of motorbikes waiting at a red light, causing vehicles and people to lie scattered all over the road.
According to initial information, at noon of the same day, a 24-seat passenger van of Anh Tuan with license plate 61B-007.30 driven by Kim Duong (40 years old, from Tra Vinh) was traveling on National Highway 13, heading from Binh Phuoc to Ho Chi Minh City.

When the car reached the intersection with Hoang Hoa Tham Street, an accident occurred with 6 motorbikes and 1 car waiting for the traffic light ahead in the same direction. The accident injured 6 people, damaged 6 motorbikes and 22 cars. Currently, 6 injured people are being treated at Binh Duong General Hospital.
Through initial investigation, from the driver's testimony as well as witnesses at the scene, the police determined that the cause of the above series of accidents was due to the driver driving the passenger car in the wrong lane, not obeying traffic lights, and running a red light, causing the accident.
