Former Vice President Truong My Hoa awarded Vu A Dinh scholarships to ethnic minority students in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Truong My Hoa - former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President, President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club "For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" awarded 126 Vu A Dinh scholarships to ethnic minority students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies in Nghe An province.

At the program, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund awarded 126 scholarships to 126 students who are typical flowers of the ethnic groups: Thai, Kho Mu, Mong, Tho of the mountainous districts of Nghe An.

Among them, many students have especially difficult circumstances, students from poor districts according to Resolution 30a, are typical examples of overcoming difficulties, overcoming poverty, and striving to study well.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Truong My Hoa hoped that students from disadvantaged backgrounds and ethnic minority areas would continue to strive to study well, become good children, good students, useful citizens, and make worthy contributions to the cause of national construction and development.

Over 20 years of operation, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund has awarded 80,000 scholarships, organized hundreds of activities, and become a great source of spiritual encouragement for many ethnic minority students across the country.

The Fund's activities have connected remote villages, giving wings to dreams of flying high and far for children of ethnic minorities and islands.contributing to making the border and island areas of the Fatherland more solid.
