The former General Secretary said that when there is a complaint like about the degree of the Hai Duong Secretary, we must organize an implementation to solve the problem immediately.

In response to the news of a complaint about the degree of Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Manh Hien, speaking to the press on the morning of September 29, former General Secretary Le Kha Phieu said that he had heard about this information for a long time and when there were negative signs of "running for degrees and certificates", it had to be checked immediately.

This is making our Party look bad, we must see it, must correct it and must definitely stop”.
