Right after the moment Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021, Miss Phuong Khanh wrote on her personal page: "Whoever reminds Tien to remember to follow the Organizing Committee, don't be like me, thinking that after the program, she will get on the bus and go back to the hotel, making people earn a lot of money." Did Thuy Tien get into this ridiculous situation? What did you do after becoming the new Miss Grand International 2021?

- That night, Thuy Tien stayed up until 4am because the overwhelming emotions were still surging inside her. Thuy Tien spent time sharing her joy with her family, friends, crew and fans in Vietnam. Tien kept watching the pictures and clips that fans posted about the moment of her coronation and was moved to tears when she saw the great love that everyone had for her.

Who was the first person Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien called as soon as she left the Miss Grand International 2021 stage and returned to the hotel? Why was it that person?

- As soon as Thuy Tien turned on her phone, the first people to call her were Ms. Pham Kim Dung and director Hoang Nhat Nam. In fact, besides the role of talent - management company, Thuy Tien considers them as her family members.

Not only did you create opportunities for Thuy Tien to participate in beauty contests, but you also devotedly took care of her for the past 3 years. You gave Thuy Tien many experiences to develop herself and supported her wholeheartedly to help her realize her dreams. Moreover, you also carefully crafted each outfit as well as the image that Tien presented to the public. That meticulousness and dedication has helped Tien change and improve every day.

Before the Miss Grand Finale, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien had some problems such as food poisoning and bruises on her arm while performing in national costume. How did those problems affect your psychology?

- Sometimes we cannot avoid the risks that come to us. Instead of sitting in one place complaining, think of them as challenges that make us more persistent and steadfast. If you do not overcome adversity, how will you know your true potential, right?

Right after her coronation, there were many negative comments. How did Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien deal with those comments? Did the comments affect Thuy Tien psychologically?

- Public opinion will always have opposing opinions, I cannot stop those negative comments. Thuy Tien has also read and knows what people are saying about her. However, Tien has also experienced such feelings many times before and now knows how to control her emotions to overcome negative things.

How does Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien plan to "reform" and "convince" her anti-fans?

- At the time of taking on the responsibility of representing Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2021, Tien was also opposed by many people and doubted her ability. However, if she did not dare to take risks and face challenges, how could Tien have achieved the results she has today. Tien will continue to use actions to prove that: I am worthy of the title of Miss Grand International 2021.

Many people were surprised to see Tien answer questions fluently in Thai during the Final night. When did Thuy Tien learn Thai? What was her original purpose in learning Thai?

- About 1 month before leaving for the competition, Tien learned Thai with the intention of being able to connect with the people here, especially the Thai audience.

Up to now, have you been able to communicate fluently in Thai? What advantages has knowing Thai brought you when participating in Miss Grand International 2021 activities in Thailand?

- If you follow Thuy Tien's journey, you will know that she always takes advantage of accompanying activities to demonstrate her ability to communicate in both English and Thai. Using Thai regularly is also a way for her to score points in the eyes of the judges and perhaps that is one of the many factors that helped her win the crown.

During your participation in Miss Grand International 2021, what is the most memorable memory for Tien? Which country's contestant is Thuy Tien closest to?

- Thuy Tien still remembers the day the contestants moved from Phuket airport to Bangkok. Here, I received a lot of attention from everyone. That made me both surprised and warm-hearted when I came alone to a foreign land but received support from Thai fans. And that was also the most memorable memory for me during the competition.

Tien has met almost all the representatives at Miss Grand International. However, the girl she is closest to is the representative from the Philippines. They have many similarities and Tien often shares and dates Samantha after the contest.

Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien said that she is ready to stay in Thailand for 1 year to complete her mission as Miss Grand International 2021. So what has Tien prepared for this and what plans does she have for what she will do?

- In the near future, Thuy Tien will participate in promotional activities for the contest as well as spread the message of peace and ending the war of Miss Grand International. To do that, I will have to improve my knowledge about the places I will visit. Tien will work more productively so that my image and words can spread to the community.

Among the current hot issues of humanity around the world, what issues do you think you will focus on during your term as Miss Grand International 2021?

- The mission of a beauty queen is to spread human values ​​and connect people to people. In particular, the responsibility of a Miss Grand International is to change people's awareness of hot social issues, leading the public to a better world. In her Top 10 speech, Tien also mentioned love and sympathy. These are two important factors that we need to pay attention to in order to move towards peace. The world does not need war and conflict, let's protect and love each other.

How does Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien plan to use her $40,000 bonus?

- Thuy Tien has planned to use the bonus for her charity activities in Vietnam. In particular, Tien will focus on sustainable projects to help people in disadvantaged areas have better living conditions as well as develop further in the future.
