Nguyet Minh crowned Miss Teen Grand International 2023
Nguyen Trang Nguyet Minh, a 15-year-old female student from Bac Ninh, was crowned Miss Teen Grand International 2023.
The final round of Miss Teen Grand International 2023 just took place in Cambodia. During the competition night, Nguyen Trang Nguyet Minh - representative of Vietnam - competed with 30 beauties from countries and regions around the world. The contestants went through the rounds of national costume, swimsuit, evening gown and behavior.
Surpassing many contestants, the Vietnamese representative was named Miss Teen Grand International 2023. She was crowned by Mr. HE Vorn Sovannary - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Public Affairs of Cambodia.
In addition to the Miss title, Nguyen Trang Nguyet Minh also won a double award with the titleThe candidate wearing the most beautiful national costume.Representatives from Cambodia and India won first and second runner-up respectively.
Vietnam's representative wore an impressive national costume weighing more than 20kg namedPeacock danceby designer Viet Hung. The costume was inspired by the peacock's dance under the moon. The team and craftsmen worked for more than 2 months, attaching 10,000 peacock feathers and more than 10,000 stones. Nguyet Minh wore the dress with a conical hat associated with her hometown of Bac Ninh.
After the swimsuit and evening gown performances, the beauties named in the Top 5 of the contest included contestants from India, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines and a representative from Vietnam.
With the behavioral question on the topic of world peace, Nguyet Minh confidently said: "As a representative of Vietnam, representing the voice of the young generation and an inspiration, I hope to end war and violence, creating a better peaceful world. Your actions decide everything, making the world peaceful from the smallest actions".
Nguyen Trang Nguyet Minh is 15 years old this year, studying at Que Vo High School, Bac Ninh province. She has outstanding academic achievements with 10 consecutive years of excellent student status. Nguyet Minh is also the representative face of an international English school system, winning many high awards in city-level excellent student competitions...
Miss Teen Grand International 2023 takes place in Cambodia. This is the first time Vietnam has a representative participating in the contest.
