American journalist 'crazy' about Russia's new 3-wheeled motorcycle
Journalist Justin Daves of the American portal Cycle World praised the latest Ural motorcycle model from the Russian manufacturer.
The new Ural motorcycle features upgraded Nitron suspension, additional roof racks, engine crankcase protectors, a dedicated off-road exhaust system, Heidenau K 37 sport tires, and an auxiliary fuel tank. In addition, journalist Daves also noticed the motorcycle's orange hand-crafted camouflage.
The author emphasizes the reliability of the 749 cc 41 hp engine that can always start and, according to the journalist, it makes the Ural Gear Up GEO look very classic.

Daves said the comfortable speed for traveling on the Russian motorcycle is 65 mph (about 105 km/h), adding that it is possible to accelerate to 80 mph (about 130 km/h), but this is a difficult speed for this motorcycle.
Features of the new motorcycle
Five fully adjustable Nitron shock absorbers make the ride much more comfortable than on a standard Ural Gear Up, and the auxiliary socket makes it easy to handle sand and loose soil on the road, the author notes. The journalist also notes that even if the Ural gets stuck on the road, it can easily get out thanks to reverse gear.
“I spent a few weeks with the Ural and found myself thrilled with every minute of it. Not every bike will drive you crazy; but some will sink their teeth into your heart. It’s not the best bike when it comes to pure performance, but if you want to have a good time, there are few things in life better than the Ural Gear Up Geo,” concludes Daves.
