The Western Hemisphere's tallest observation deck and the world's fifth tallest are set to be installed outside a skyscraper.30 Hudson Yardsin New York City, USA,Business Insidertoday news. The Hudson Yards residential complex covers more than113,000 square meters built on the banks of the Hudson River,This is the largest real estate project in American history. The constructionConstruction began in 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2024.

30 Hudson Yards was designed by the architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox.. TThis glass and steel structure building will be 395 m tall when completed, 60 m higher than the observatory, andhouses multiple offices, restaurants, bars, shopping and event spaces inside.
The observation deck, installed on the outside of the building at a height of 335 meters and about 20 meters wide, with a steel frame weighing 347 tons, is expected to open to visitors in late 2019, a few months after the building30 Hudson Yards goes into operation.
