Since the Dong Au General Hospital began operations, the company's position has steadily grown. Initially designed with only 100 beds, the hospital expanded to better serve the healthcare needs of patients by establishing a Traditional Medicine Department in 2014, gradually increasing the number of beds to 120. In addition to its well-equipped and clean facilities, the hospital now has seven clinical and paraclinical departments, all equipped with modern and brand-new machinery. The hospital's state-of-the-art laboratory system meets the testing requirements of a Grade 1 and Grade 2 hospital, as well as the demands of diagnostic and treatment services; it includes CT scanners, high-frequency X-ray machines, 2D and 4D ultrasound machines, functional diagnostic equipment, and a comprehensive anesthesia and resuscitation system, including modern anesthesia machines, ventilators, and laparoscopic equipment.

The hospital has also attracted a team of highly qualified and experienced medical staff who are dedicated and attentive to patient care. Among the 88 people regularly working at the hospital, there are 19 doctors, 34 nurses, 11 technicians, and 6 pharmacists… To meet the needs of primary healthcare and contribute to protecting public health, since June 2015, Dong Au General Hospital has also opened POTEC 50 Vaccination Room. This is the 50th vaccination room and the second vaccination room with the most comprehensive vaccination services in Nghe An, meeting the standards of the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization for providing vaccination services.
