"Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to visit Russia's Far East to attend an event on April 24," Yonhap quoted sources as saying.
If the summit between Russian President Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un actually takes place, it will be a long-awaited event for both Moscow and Pyongyang.
In early April, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov spoke about the meeting between the leaders of the Russian Federation and the DPRK and stated that the Russian side had set a specific deadline, and this issue was still being clarified.
According to Mr. Yury Ushakov: "We are discussing and considering the parameters, location and time."
