If the subscriber does not update enough information, the network operator will handle it according to Decree 49.
Viettel said that Viettel customers are encouraged to go to widely arranged transaction points to receive support and information. Standardizing subscriber information is a measure for customers to protect their subscriber numbers, contribute to accurate database management, and limit junk SIMs. Currently, Viettelhas arranged and trained staff at the store to meet the increased customer traffic.
In provinces and cities, this network also organizes mobile booths in districts, communes, densely populated areas or markets to serve customers by providing additional information and photos according to regulations.
