Nghe An wood processing factory and its advantages in producing plywood

Because the products are produced from abundant forest resources and especially the most advanced and modern technological lines today.

After more than 2 years of construction, in the third quarter of 2015, Nghe An Wood Processing Factory put the finger joint board production line into trial production. And on December 14, 2015, in Nghia Hoi commune, Nghia Dan district, the factory solemnly held a ceremony to launch finger joint board products.

The factory's laminated board products are produced from the main raw material of planted forest wood, according to a closed process, advanced technology, modern and synchronous equipment of famous brands from developed industrial countries such as Germany, France, Japan. It is worth noting that all production stages such as sawing, planing, milling, cutting, splicing, pressing, drying, polishing and decorative coating of the product are all carried out on advanced, highly automated technological lines and equipment.

The production process of wood is treated, dried and pressed at high temperatures and industrially processed, so the laminated wood products of Nghe An Wood Processing Factory really have many new superior features such as: No termites, no shrinkage or warping, diverse and rich designs, the treated surface has good color fastness, high impact resistance and scratch resistance. The most outstanding advantage is that laminated wood is mainly produced from exploiting planted forest wood and salvaged wood, so this is truly a perfect substitute material in the field of interior materials, while natural wood resources are increasingly scarce, meeting the sustainability in socio-economic development.

According to the factory's leader, the system of sawing, making blanks, creating mortise and tenon joints, gluing, and splicing is currently operating continuously and in a closed system, with a capacity of 40 m3 of finished products/day. The factory is focusing on producing 2 types of horizontal and vertical laminated boards, with a thickness of 18mm, and a board size of 1,220mmx2,440mm. Initially, 85% of the production is vertical splicing, 15% is horizontal splicing. After 2-3 months of adjustment and production improvement, the splicing ratio will change according to market demand.

Through inspection and evaluation by the company's CKS department and experts and scientists, the factory's products all ensure high quality technical specifications. In which, most of the products meet AA, AB standards: good wood blanks, beautiful, flat boards, harmonious wood grain; mostly wood cores. The standards of design, strength, durability, beauty, good resistance to harsh weather and climate, and environmental friendliness, meet export standards.

Nowadays, furniture made from laminated wood has become quite popular in most large cities and industrially developed provinces. Laminated wood usually does not need a surface coating (veneer, melamine, laminate, ...) but is painted and used like real natural wood, meeting the widespread demand in the fields of furniture production, interior decoration, especially making items such as: beds, cabinets, tables, chairs, flooring installation and many other household products.

The launch of the laminated board product of Nghe An Wood Processing Factory at the present time is a favorable opportunity not only to create a quality product line to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, especially potential markets such as: Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China to promote effective integration and development; but also to open the way for Nghe An forestry in a new journey.

Therefore, currently, the Party Committee and authorities at all levels in the province are creating conditions for May Forestry Joint Stock Company to go hand in hand with building raw material areas, quickly completing the installation and putting the MDF production line into operation in the first quarter of 2016, adjusting and improving skills to put the finger jointed wood panel line into stable and effective production.
