Answer: According to Article 18 of the 2024 Land Law, the State's responsibility in providing land information is stipulated as follows:
1. Ensure the right of access of land users and other organizations and individuals to the National Land Information System in accordance with the provisions of law; prioritize the selection of forms suitable to the customs, practices and traditional culture of each ethnic group and each region.
2. Timely and publicly announce information in the National Land Information System to land users and other organizations and individuals, except for information that is a state secret as prescribed by law.
3. Notify administrative decisions and administrative acts in the field of land management to land users and other organizations and individuals whose legitimate rights and interests are affected.
