Nghe An removes difficulties and promotes progress of social housing projects

In order to achieve the Government's goal of building "1 million apartments for workers", Nghe An has been implementing policies to support and encourage businesses to invest in social housing projects.

Nghe An issues a price frame for social housing for workers to rent at a maximum of 102 thousand VND/m2/month.

On November 25, 2024, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Regulations on the new social housing rental price frame invested not by public investment capital, but by individuals investing in construction for workers to rent or stay in the province.
By 2030, Nghe An needs about 15,000 social housing units for workers.

(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the Government's target program of building 1 million social housing units for workers in the 2023-2030 period, Nghe An Department of Construction is reviewing and evaluating the results of the housing development program in the area, including social housing for workers and low-income people.
