Is it not a coincidence that there are strict regulations on this, while we see some results achieved but they are sloppy and covered up?

There is a lot to do for the short and long term of Vietnamese football. Dreaming of the World Cup is never a mistake, but to make football reach the World Cup, one must go through countless mistakes in reality, it is necessary to build a house from a solid foundation, not from the roof? That is the "tuition" that must be paid not only for football, not just once, not just for one match, but certainly many, many more ahead?
