Get back motorbike after 3 years of theft in Nghe An

Previously, at 10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2021, a public and disguised working group of the Traffic Police Team, Vinh City Police, was on duty in the area of Quang Trung Street, Vinh City, and discovered a young man violating traffic safety laws by driving a vehicle without a license plate or rearview mirror. The working group signaled for an inspection, but the young man could not present relevant documents. Immediately after that, the working group proceeded to draw up a record to temporarily detain the vehicle and at the same time verify the origin of the vehicle.
Through verification, it was found that the above car belonged to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam (born in 1993), residing in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. According to Ms. Tam, the above car was lost in 2018, in the area of Tran Thanh Tong street, Hung Loc commune, Vinh city when she went to work.
After completing the relevant procedures, representatives of the Traffic Police Team, Vinh City Police proceeded to return the motorbike to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam in accordance with regulations.
