Get motorbike back after 5 years of theft

On the afternoon of December 1, the Traffic Police Department of Thai Hoa Town returned the motorbike to its owner, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam in Thuong Loc Commune, Can Loc District, Ha Tinh Province. The motorbike was stolen 5 years ago.

Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. on October 30, while on duty at the intersection of Ho Chi Minh trail - in Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town, the working group of the Traffic Police Team, Thai Hoa town police discovered a motorbike with license plate 37 M2 - 1654 running a red light, and the working group asked to stop for inspection.

Because the vehicle owner could not present documents related to the vehicle, the working group established a document to temporarily detain the vehicle.

After checking the chassis number and engine number, it was found that this was a fake license plate. Through verification, it was found that the owner of the car was Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam (born in 1992, residing in Thuong Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh).

According to Mr. Nam, the car was stolen in 2012 from in front of his house.
