On June 20, in Geneva (Switzerland), the United Nations Human Rights Council held a plenary session to review and approve the Report on the situation of human rights protection in Vietnam, cycle 2, within the framework of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) mechanism, witnessed by representatives of 192 United Nations member countries, international organizations and non-governmental organizations.
