Replicating advanced models in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces of Nghe An

On the morning of November 11, the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces of Nghe An province held a conference to summarize the patriotic emulation movement in 2019.

In recent times, the patriotic emulation movement among agencies and units in the Bloc has received attention from leaders, and has been directed to organize and launch emulation in many forms, methods, and innovative measures; creating a change from awareness to action of cadres, civil servants, soldiers, and employees striving to excellently complete their tasks.

The content of the emulation movement has closely followed the political and professional tasks, associated with Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee and Directive 05 of the Politburo on Studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh. Many units have had initiatives, launching emulation in short, thematic periods, associated with political events, anniversaries of the country and each industry.

For example, in addition to professional duties, the Provincial Border Guard mobilized officers and soldiers to donate 827.65 million VND, and mobilized businesses and benefactors inside and outside the province to support gifts and cash worth more than 10.307 billion VND for poor households, policy families, and meritorious people in the border area. The Provincial Police mobilized officers, soldiers, and benefactors to contribute, visit, and give gifts to the poor and policy families with a total amount of more than 4.6 billion VND...

Representatives of the units also frankly pointed out some limitations such as the emulation movement at the grassroots level is not yet uniform and comprehensive, the organization and implementation process at some grassroots units has not had specific solutions. Due to the different nature of professional work of the units in the Internal Affairs - Armed Forces Bloc, there has not been much exchange and learning of experience in professional work as well as emulation and reward work.

From the achieved results, the Internal Affairs - Provincial Armed Forces Bloc determined the direction of emulation and reward work in the coming time with the following contents: Continuing to thoroughly implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) on Party building and rectification and the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws for cadres, workers, party members and soldiers. Effectively deploying the movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period of 2016-2020 effectively...

At the same time, promote patriotic emulation movements; pay attention to building, fostering, and replicating advanced models, good people, and good deeds in agencies and units.

At the conference, representatives of the units also proposed to commend and award the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee in 2019 to 2 units: Provincial Police and Provincial Military Command.
