(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 20, the Organizing Committee of the 2016 'Sunflower Festival Beauty' contest selected the 15 best beauties for the final round taking place on the night of December 27 in Nghia Dan district.

The jury for the preliminary and talent competitions includes: People's Artist Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Painter Bui Cong Vinh - Director of the Provincial Cultural Center; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thom - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union.
After passing the physical examination, the contestants participated in the catwalk performance and talent competition, the jury selected 15 contestants for the final round.
The Sunflower Festival Beauty Contest is one of the activities of the first Sunflower Festival - 2016. The contest aims to honor and enhance the value of physical beauty, soul, and intellectual talent of young women of all ethnic groups in Nghe An province.
