The beauty of the overseas Vietnamese rose won a double championship at the VTF Pro Tour.

Alize Lim was the most notable name at the VTF Pro Tour 4 tennis tournament, which took place from September 23-30. The Vietnamese-American tennis player showed her outstanding class, bringing Ho Chi Minh City a double championship in the women's singles and women's doubles. Alize only lost one game on the way to the singles final, defeating Nguyen Phan Yen Tich 6-0, 6-1 in the round of 16, Nguyen Thi Be Xuyen 6-0, 6-0 in the quarterfinals and Phan Thi Thanh Binh 6-0, 6-0 in the semi-finals. In the final, Alize defeated 17-year-old talent Fodor Csilla 7-5, 6-2. Fodor is also a Vietnamese-American tennis player, with a Hungarian father and a Vietnamese mother. In the women's doubles final, Lim also enjoyed the joy of victory when she and her teammate Nhu Quynh defeated the Kim Ngan - Be Xuyen pair of the Army Club 7-5 and 6-0.

Alize was born in 1990, her father is Vietnamese, her mother is French. She has appeared in the main draw of Roland Garros 4 times in a row, from 2014-2017.

Lim's career peak was 135th place in the WTA in May 2014. Recently, she agreed to join the Vietnamese tennis team with the goal of winning a gold medal at the 2019 SEA Games.

Alize is a big fan of Roger Federer. She has met and taken photos with the Swiss star several times at international tennis events.

'I am very happy to return to Vietnam for the first time to participate in a tournament in my hometown. It is great to win the championship in the first time competing in a tournament in the country. That is very important, because it will help me get acquainted with Vietnamese tennis. I am satisfied with what I have shown,' Alize shared after winning the double title at the VTF Pro Tour 2018.

After the tournament in Vietnam, Alize will return to France to participate in some tournaments in Europe. In November, she will return to train and compete with the Vietnam tennis team.
