After graduating from high school at American International School (HCMC), she received admission results from 3 universities in the US at the same time, including Hult International Business School, University of New Hampshire and University of Massachusetts Boston. Bao Nghi decided to postpone her study abroad schedule to 2021 to participate in Miss Vietnam 2020. |

| Nong Thuy Hang lives in Hanoi but registered for the preliminary round in Ho Chi Minh City.
