Considering the actual situation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors' commitment to the hospital's employees on salary, the delegation concluded that Thanh An - Saigon Hospital should continue to operate, but must meet two conditions:

First, on the afternoon of August 2, the hospital must present a commitment from staff and doctors (full structure) to return to work as usual.

Second, in addition to the commitment to pay salaries as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the hospital for employees, the hospital is required to ensure a budget of at least 2 billion VND to ensure adequate supply of medicines, chemicals, and consumables to ensure medical examination and treatment.

At the same time, from August 3, the Social Insurance Agency will send staff to work directly at the hospital. In addition to assisting the hospital with professional work, this Social Insurance staff will be responsible for supervising all medical examination and treatment activities of the hospital.

Mr. Hoang Van Hao affirmed that if the medical examination and treatment activities of Thanh An - Saigon Hospital return to normal, then it will be fine. But if the activities are not good, the Department of Health will stop the medical examination and treatment activities here.
