Japan is about to launch a nanosatellite from Vietnam.
The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) announced on July 23 that its Konotori 4 cargo spacecraft, scheduled for launch on August 4, will carry a Vietnamese nanosatellite to the International Space Station (ISS).

Japan's H-2B rocket is expected to launch the Konotori 4 cargo spacecraft to the ISS in August 2013.
The PicoDragon cube-shaped satellite, measuring 10x10x10 cm, is a joint development product of the University of Tokyo and the Vietnam National Satellite Center.
This satellite's mission is to photograph Earth and conduct experiments in amateur radio communications after being launched into space in October.
On this launch, Konotori-4 also carried three microsatellites developed by the United States.
